Returns are limited to 30 days from the date of shipping.
Customers must contact Bonaco, Inc. for an RMA number before the item is shipped to Bonaco, Inc.
The customer must send a copy of their invoice along with the product being sent to Bonaco, Inc.
The customer pays for the shipping return costs.
After the product has been received and inspected, approval of exchange/refund/credit will be determined at that time. If the product is deemed to not be defective nor damaged, there will be a charge of 12% restocking fee and this fee will be applied to your refund/credit.
All exchange/refund/credits shall be processed in 5 to 7 business days.
